**Role**: Sr Salesforce QE (Manual)**Work Location**:Jaipur**Experience**: 5+ Years**Job Description:Key Responsibilities**:

- **Integration Testing**: Validate data flow and process integrity between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations).
- **Test Case Creation**: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
- **Defect Management**: Identify, report, and track defects through tools such as Jira, ALM, or equivalent bug-tracking tools.
- **End-to-End Testing**: Validate workflows, business rules, and processes in Salesforce across integrated systems.
- **Regression Testing**:Conduct regression testing after new releases or updates to ensure stability and functionality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Test Leads to understand requirements and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Document test results, defect summaries, and provide testing status reports to stakeholders.
- **Salesforce Releases**: Validate Salesforce updates and changes for customizations and configurations.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in integration testing of APIs, middleware, or third-party systems connected to Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related customizations.
- Experience with defect-tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Good understanding of API testing tools like Postman (nice to have).
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and reporting defects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprints.
- Understanding of CRM workflows, validation rules, and custom objects

Pay: ₹9,014.06 - ₹44,856.07 per month
