Job Title: QA Tester (3-5 Years of Experience)

Location: Bangalore

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.

Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and identify test scenarios.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.

Perform defect retesting to ensure resolution and prevent regression issues.

Ensure test results are documented and communicated effectively to stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.

Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or TestNG.

Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or equivalent.

Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) is a strong plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in performance testing and tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
