Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell the company’s educational programs and services to prospective clients (students, professionals, institutions).
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on previous inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding course structure, pricing, certifications, and benefits.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress on CRM tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional activities, webinars, seminars, or marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign success.
- Assist in resolving client queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in telesales, academic counseling, or B2C/B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and basic digital tools.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience in the education or edtech sector.
- Knowledge of civil, architecture, design, or finance-related courses is a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Bonus pay
- Yearly bonus
