**The Big Picture**

This intern will be putting optimization efforts, contributing to efficient operations across projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, improve operational workflows, and gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data management, and creative problem-solving.

**What you can expect as a Operations Intern at Illumine-i**:

- You’ll support process implementation and optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- You’ll assist in developing and maintaining dashboards, presentations, and reports for tracking project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You’ll work with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze workflows, and identify areas for improvement.
- You’ll organize and manage operational data using spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- You’ll contribute to project planning, task tracking, and milestone achievement.
- You’ll create engaging and visually appealing presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- You’ll collaborate with the operations team to implement best practices and enhance processes.

**Essential Qualifications include**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a postgraduate in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and creating dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to organize and manage data effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.

**Great to have**:

- Creative skills for designing effective presentations and visuals.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience or knowledge of process optimization techniques.
