**Responsibilities**:

- Perform blood collection, grouping, cross-matching, and component separation.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and inventory management of blood and components.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and external blood donors/organizations when required.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality control processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
