We are urgently hiring for **BDE (online bidder) **with a minimum of **1-3 year **of experience to join our team. The profile is very challenging and a good opportunity to improve your sales and technical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of bidding portals - Upwork, freelancer, PPH.
- Generate business via portals like - Upwork, freelancer, PPH.
- Understanding project requirements and preparing proposals
- Set up a portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites and should be comfortable in client interaction.
- Staying updated with new developments in the bidding platforms

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering projects on time
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Mohali, Punjab (required)
