**Role and Responsibilities**
- Teach Mathematics to students in Grades 11 and 12, covering CBSE, ISC, or State Board syllabi.
- Provide in-depth coaching for JEE (Main and Advanced), focusing on problem-solving strategies, conceptual clarity, and time management.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans to simplify complex topics and foster interactive learning.
- Develop and conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions to track student progress.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to identify and address individual learning challenges.
- Create and update study materials, question banks, and practice worksheets aligned with the latest exam patterns.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop effective teaching methodologies and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Guide students in exam preparation strategies and build their confidence for competitive exams.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in teaching Mathematics for senior secondary grades and JEE syllabus.
- Strong conceptual understanding of topics such as Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Probability, and Geometry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students effectively.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and instill a love for Mathematics in students.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and platforms (preferred).
