**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
- Help boost and promote social media pages/posts using paid advertising tools to increase reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer outreach to amplify brand presence.
- Stay updated with real-time social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Support the social media marketing team in brainstorming and executing creative campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and campaign effectiveness.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their marketing tools.
- Experience or ability to boost pages and posts using paid social media advertising.
- Good influencer management and outreach skills.
- Ability to track, research, and adapt to real-time social media trends.
- Strong communication skills and creativity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
