**Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Operations and Logistics:

- Oversee the complete planning and execution of in-person Incubation modules, including venue selection, inter/intra city travel arrangements, catering, facilitator coordination, technical setup, merchandise and stationery management, and more.

Stakeholder Support:

- Foster strong relationships with vendors and venue partners to ensure the smooth implementation of sync modules.
- Support facilitators and entrepreneurs to ensure a seamless experience during modules.

Finance:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of The Circle's reimbursement and finance policies and oversee the processing of invoices and reimbursement requests.
- Ensure optimal utilization of the Incubation budget during module execution.

Data Collection and Management:

- Collect and manage all session resources efficiently, ensuring their timely distribution.

**Functional details**:
Qualifications and Skills:

- 1-2 years of professional work experience.
- Relevant administrative and implementation experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that while the primary work location for this role is in Mumbai, the Associate will be required to travel extensively (approximately 25% of working days on a monthly basis).
