**Role : Retail Sales Executive-Kanpur**
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy **Sales Executive** to help us build up our business activities in **Kanpur**. This is a dynamic role involving client outreach, sampling coordination, lead management, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and build up Retailer relationship.
- Actively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets, growth objectives, and KPIs.
- Handle complaints, stock issues, or service concerns promptly.
- Act as a liaison between retailer and internal teams.
- Comfort with CRM tools, reporting systems, order processing platforms.
- Maintain updated records of sales performance, stock reports, and meeting notes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and negotiation tactics
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and client engagement
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
