**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **PLC Programmer** to develop, test, and troubleshoot automation systems using programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The role involves working closely with the engineering team to ensure efficient and reliable system performance in industrial settings.

**Key Responsibilities:Programming and Development**:

- Develop and configure PLC programs for automated systems.
- Design logic diagrams, flowcharts, and functional specifications based on project requirements.
- Create, modify, and debug HMI (Human Machine Interface) designs.

**Testing and Troubleshooting**:

- Conduct system testing to ensure proper operation of automated processes.
- Identify and resolve system errors, malfunctions, and inefficiencies.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting and provide technical support as needed.

**Integration and Commissioning**:

- Integrate PLC systems with other hardware, such as VFDs, servos, HMIs, and SCADA.
- Commission new automation systems and ensure they meet performance specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during installation and commissioning phases.

**Documentation and Training**:

- Maintain detailed documentation, including wiring diagrams, program logic, and project records.
- Train operators and maintenance personnel on system operation and troubleshooting.

**Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Proficiency in programming PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, etc.).**:

- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and software tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control panel design.
