Legal Executive/ Legal Officer

Drafting, Vetting, negotiating and Finalization of Contracts, and other Deeds, Instruments, Documents and Writings.
- Shall have ability to independently Draft and prepare Pleadings (e.g. Plaints, Written Statements etc.) in suits and proceedings as required
- Has good knowledge of Contracts, Civil, Criminal, Arbitration and Business Laws.
- Render all assistance to the members of Senior Management and Legal Head in ongoing Arbitration, Litigation and other matters on day-to day basis and has ability to diligently perform all the other tasks assigned in time.
- Liaising with External Lawyers and travelling to different locations in connection with Departmental work whenever required.
- Completely responsible for end-to
- end documentation Management, Indexation and Retrieval of the same as and when required.
- Has good knowledge of Contracts, Civil, Criminal, Arbitration and Business Law
- Bachelor of Laws with 3-5 years of field experience.
- Preference will be given to Goan.
