Job Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our mobile device management solution within the cybersecurity market. You will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with our marketing team to execute strategic marketing initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a cutting-edge technology company, gain valuable experience in cybersecurity sales and marketing, and directly impact the security landscape of organizations worldwide.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations with prospective clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. Product Knowledge and Sales Pitch:
- Acquire a deep understanding of our mobile device management solution and its features.
- Deliver persuasive and effective product presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our solution.
4. Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, sales materials, and content to promote our solution.
- Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and events to promote the company and generate leads.
5. Sales Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report sales performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales (min 1 year), marketing, or business development, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile device management solutions and the broader cybersecurity landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing.
- Familiarity with mobile device management challenges faced by enterprises.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Understanding of cloud-based solutions and SaaS business models.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
