About the Role
Product Owner leads multiple Agile SCRUM teams as product owner. The Product Owner is responsible for co-developing the vision and strategy of the product by collaborating with Product Managers, product owners, architects, R&D leadership. He/she develops and communicates the strategic direction for the software teams. He/She collaborates with user experience team to define intuitive user experience to our users. He/She collaborates with R&D stakeholders to define the non-functional roadmap for the product.

Specific details about the role are as follows:

- As part of this role you will be responsible for leading multiple software development squads for product development
- Develop and maintain product roadmap to align with business goals
- Create and prioritize product backlog, ensuring features are clearly defined and meet customer needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers, to ensure timely and quality product delivery
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure product alignment and gather feedback
- Use data analytics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and overall performance
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends and regulations to ensure product compliance and relevance

Preferred Skills and Experience:
We are seeking experience with the following technologies/domains:

- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/B.S./M.S. followed by MBA from a reputed institute
- At least 12+ years of experience in building software products out of which last 3-5 years in SaaS product development as Product Owner in health care domain
- A demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, customer experience, product technical challenges and process improvement. Ability to understand digital customer journey, user experience and tr
