**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and appointments.

2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about solar energy solutions offered by Lumira Powers Solar.

3. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.

4. Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales process.

5. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and appointments.

6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

7. Stay updated on solar energy trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.

8. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:
2. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the solar industry.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.

5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

6. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

10. Fluency in English & Hindi is preferred.
