Roles and Responsibilities | Commis II

**Lead:

- **
- Ensure you are aware of and in sync with the organization’s goals, values, and mission.

- Ensure you contribute effectively towards the team's functioning by bringing into practice the organizational values.

**Liaise:

- **
- Be the point of contact between your reporting manager and the team
- Liaise between the kitchen and the service team Processes
- Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Ched de Partie
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been received and are of good quality
- Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted products
- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items and storing the required products in the stock room, refrigerator, and freezer
- Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized Manage
- Ensure that the daily and weekly procedures are as per SPOs are followed regarding temperature checks, food labeling checks, storage checks, equipment malfunction, etc
- Cleaning the workstation, tabletop, and required equipment used in the kitchen to maintain a sanitary environment
- Prepare products as per the restaurant menu and also complying with all food and beverage regulations
- Control food by monitoring wastage, spoilage, etc at regular intervals during the shift
- Also have knowledge of breads and pastries with appropriate temperature
- Follow proper closing procedure with the restaurant is closed
- Ensure the food quality and hygiene standards are maintained

**Skills and Qualification:

- **
- Work experience as an Commis -II or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proper commercial kitchen experience
- Sounk knowledge of food health and safety regulation
- The ability to work for extended period and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills in written and verbal(Hindi, English, and Marathi)

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
