**Job Description: Pre-Primary Teacher**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 1-3 years

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, Montessori training (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for children.
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials based on the curriculum objectives.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate children.
- Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and enriching environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
- Ensure the health and safety of all students.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
