**Role Overview**:

- Automating all Treasury planning and forecasting reporting tools and processes from excel, vba and MS Access to python and sustainable database solution
- Be a leading voice in automation discussions to help shape the future of data provision within Treasury planning
- Automating the data flows from the source systems used to provide the underlying data and providing quality assurance over the data inputs
- Supporting the refinement of the analytics and product segmentation used in the reporting based on available data and understanding of the optimal level of granularity
- Designing and implementing various Liquidity, funding cost and FTP report solutions to outline trends
- Implement the what-if analytics / adhoc scenario analysis on the planning processes
- Liaising with business and functional leads as primary stake holders to ensure robust solution development and implementation
- Producing and maintaining up to date code, logic and implementation documentation
- Involvement in Treasury change initiatives including working with IT in the automation of Treasury planning strategic solution

**The core deliverables for the roles are**:

- Leading the improvement of data management, process automation and Reporting to maximise efficiency
- Strong database skills to enable and create a robust tool based on multiple data sources and an ability to build towards a true strategic implementation in coordination with other functions
- Developing agile tools to support adhoc analysis as required to support business or senior management requests and rapid turnarounds.
- A design thinking mindset to understand processes and suggest solutions that are scalable, practical and quick to implement.
- Be able to interact, process and present data in an automated manner.
- Be able to present the design, concept, logical implementation and other information to business in non-technical terminology
- Be able to understand business requirements, interpret and implement by challenging implications and recommending most efficient solutions.
- Ability to understand operational and functional needs and transform into solutions

**Your skills and experiences**
- A degree in engineering is preferred. CFA/FRM would be added advantage, but not necessary.
- You have 9+ years of experience in FinTech/Finance/banking technology / Treasury Change, doing coding and / or program/process design and development using Python/C++/SQL
- You have worked directly with the business and are comfortable discussing various models/proposal/concepts/prototypes/solutions by understanding the requirements
- Previous Treasury or Treasury related experience like Treasury planning and forecasting, financial modelling or Financial Resource Management concepts a significant plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication / articulation ability is a must.

- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders across all levels
- Highly motivated and self-sufficient - an individual with ability to be directed with high precision and reliability
- Manage innovative solutions in close cooperation with all relevant functions
- Able to prioritize competing tasks in a dynamic environment and to work under time pressure with attention to detail
- Having dealt with process automation tools such as Alteryx and presenting data using visualization tools such as Tableau or equivalent would be added advantage
