**Responsibilities**:
- Be an organized self-starter with demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills to support the day to day needs of our employees
- Must be well-versed with HR policies, procedures and help to manage administrative duties within the context of our growing HR function and work comfortably in a small business environment
- Must be able to manage and enforce the developing policies for Genzeon employees and with our hourly contractors and independent consultants
- Create and maintain timesheets, time tracking records from employees and contractors
- Create and maintain employee database, payroll salary or rate information, and related employment data, such as I-9, W-4s and other new hire paperwork.
- Answer questions from vendors, employees, and customers about their bills, paychecks, and invoices.
- Handling additional duties from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- Must have hands on knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, HRIS, ATS exposure
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR/Operations support role (more would be nice) with a completed BA/BS or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in HR/MBA
- Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
