Nursing Tutor

**Job Summary**: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic B.Sc. Nursing Tutor to join our academic team. The B.Sc. Nursing Tutor will be responsible for guiding nursing students through the curriculum, helping them understand complex nursing concepts, and ensuring they are well-prepared for exams and clinical practice. The role also includes providing mentorship and fostering an engaging learning environment that encourages student success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist students in developing clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and practical nursing skills essential for patient care.
- Facilitate study groups, review sessions, and remedial sessions for students needing additional support.
- Help students prepare for exams, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Collaborate with faculty and course coordinators to identify students' learning gaps and provide targeted academic assistance.
- Foster a positive learning environment by offering personalized tutoring and guidance tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve academic goals.
- Stay updated on the latest nursing practices, evidence-based guidelines, and curriculum changes.
- Encourage and inspire students to enhance their clinical skills through real-world scenarios, case studies, and patient-care simulations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or higher.
- Strong knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practices, and medical procedures.
- Proven experience in clinical practice and nursing education.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students in a compassionate and supportive way.
- Patient and approachable with a genuine interest in student success.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
