**Concession Staff Job Description-**

**Job Summary**

The Concession Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and selling food and beverages at the cinema’s concession counters. This role ensures the concession area is clean, well-stocked, and operated efficiently, in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) terminals to process sales of food, beverages, and merchandise.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks, including popcorn, nachos, beverages, and other concession items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the concession area in compliance with FSSAI standards.
- Restock food items, packaging materials, and supplies as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Concession Supervisor.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and cinema operational procedures at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests efficiently and courteously.
- Assist in closing and opening procedures, including cash handling and equipment maintenance.
- Support other cinema operations as required, including ushering or cleaning during off-peak hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
