Work Timing: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM IST Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Location: ECR Injambakkam / Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

We are actively seeking for a **CNC Machine Operator **to work with us on a full-time basis. This position is responsible for safely loading and unloading raw materials and setting up any equipment or accessories needed during production.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup**: Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including loading materials, tools, and programs.
- **Operational Control**: Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as turning, facing, drilling etc., ensuring high-quality production.
- **Quality Checks**: Conduct quality checks to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
- **Tool Maintenance**: Monitor tool wear and change tools as needed, ensuring that machining operations run smoothly.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot issues during machine operation, adjusting or stopping production when necessary.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following machine safety guidelines.

**Preferred skills and** **qualifications**:

- Knowledge of safety protocols related to CNC machining.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Selecting and checking the appropriate machine tools.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift, Night shift and Rotational shift

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year

**Willingness to travel**:

- 100% (preferred)
