Job Title: Quality Inspector
- In process ,Inward components inspection and final inspection.

A. Purpose of role: In process, Inward components inspection and final inspection.

B. Responsibilities

1 Inspection of components and product: Manage to inspect components/products at various stages of production, including incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products. They use measuring instruments like calipers, micrometres, and height gages to ensure that products meet specifications.

2 Testing of products: Responsible to test the products to ensure they meet quality standard.

3 Records of test result and documentation: Responsible to record the inspection and test results. Also Maintain supplier performance and various records.

4 Communication skills: Communicate inspection results to the production team and relevant superiors. They may also recommend adjustments to the production process.

5 Maintenance of equipments :Communicate inspection results to the production team, process owner and recommend process correction.

6 Compliance: Ensure that production procedures are efficient and comply with safety standards also follow legal regulations for a safe and healthy work space and code of conduct.

C. Competency: Experience in handling of inward inspection, in process and final product industries in similar kind of industry and minimum 2 - 3 yrs experience. Familiar with quality inspection tools and methodologies. Able to address quality issues promptly and effectively. Interpersonal Relationships and Communication skills Teamwork, Relationship Building, decision making, Self-development and Initiative. Should be able to handle / manage in shift.

D. Metrix : No stoppage of machine Ensure no rejection. Effectiveness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
