We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team in the role of Graphic Designer. This multifaceted position is responsible for crafting brand strategies and translating them into visually captivating design elements to enhance our brand's identity and resonance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand the project requirements
- Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency
- Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
- Revising designs based on client feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Prefer 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Demonstrated experience in Branding and Communication Design
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,, After Effects, InDesign).
- Knowledge of brand strategy, layouts, graphic design fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Experience with both print and digital media
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and a strong attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
