- **Taking ownership in Planning/ Arranging and Maintaining entire Back office operations with minimum support.**
- **Should be responsible for monitoring/communicate and close/escalate issues/Inquiries covering multiple company mailbox.**
- **Should have detailed working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.**
- **Managing Client Accounts and should follow-up for documents and timely payments and escalations follow up for overdue Payments.**
- **Should be responsible for sourcing of online bidding prospects and should be able to independently prepare/arrange bid related documents**
- **Should be able to source and onboard new Vendors time to time.**
- **Should have detailed working knowledge of GST and should independently file Monthly return of GST.**
- **Must have knowledge of Planning/Preparing Audit Compliance documents including maintaining of Payment vouchers and filing of ESI, PF and PTAX Monthly Credit.**
- **Should be responsible for Planning/Maintaining Filing of all kinds of Physical documents.**
- **Managing day to day office administrations, Facilities requirements and coordination’s with employees for any HR related issues.**
- **Must work closely with Management/Company Secretary to and Plan, follow up and close all Monthly/Yearly ROC Compliance, Income Tax Compliance, Statutory Audit & Others mainly GST, ESI, PF, PTAX.**
- **Timely Preparations of Various reports and Matrix for Management and communicating the same on time or when asked for/required on priorities.**
- **Any other roles as signed by management time to time on ad hoc basis.**

Office Timings : 10.30 AM - 6.30 PM (Monday-Saturday).
Probation Period: 6 Months.
