**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented and analytical **Data Scientist** to develop data-driven solutions that improve business outcomes and power intelligent decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Data Analysis & Modeling**
- Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
- Design, develop, and implement **predictive and prescriptive machine learning models**.
- Conduct **feature engineering** and data transformation to improve model accuracy.

**2. Data Pipeline & Engineering**
- Work closely with Data Engineers to design efficient **ETL pipelines**.
- Handle **structured and unstructured** data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, data lakes, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and scalability across platforms.

**3. Visualization & Reporting**
- Build **interactive dashboards** and **reports** using Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly Dash.
- Present insights to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, data-driven narrative.
- Automate reporting processes to enable continuous insight generation.

**4. Collaboration & Strategy**
- Partner with cross-functional teams — AI, Engineering, Product, Marketing — to identify data science opportunities.
- Develop **data-driven strategies** to improve customer experience, operations, and decision-making.
- Collaborate on A/B testing and experimental design for business optimization.

**5. Research & Continuous Learning**
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, Data Science, and MLOps.
- Experiment with cutting-edge algorithms and frameworks.
- Contribute to innovation projects, patents, or publications.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**
- Strong proficiency in **Python** (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Advanced knowledge of **SQL** and data querying tools.
- Experience with **data visualization** tools (Power BI, Tableau, Seaborn, Plotly).
- Strong understanding of **machine learning, statistics, and probability**.
- Familiarity with **MLOps frameworks** (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow) is a plus.
- Experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control (Git).
