**Company Description**

Different Squares Ventures Pvt Ltd is a forward thinking firm actively engaged in multidisciplinary interior design practices, with a project profile ranging from Commercial spaces, Offices, 5star hotels, Industrial, hospitals and educational projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Develop innovative and practical interior designs for Commercial facilities, including Offices, hospitals, Hotels, Educational Projects school, etc.
- Create space planning, layouts, and mood boards tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Present concepts and designs to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
- **Material & Vendor Coordination**:

- Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely procurement and installation.
- **Documentation & Technical Drawings**:

- Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D visualizations, and specifications for projects.
- Ensure compliance with Commercial & Industrial standards and building codes.
- **Project Oversight**:

- Monitor on-site implementation to ensure alignment with the design intent.
- Address and resolve any design-related issues during project execution.
- **Innovation & Trends**:

- Stay updated on design trends, innovations, and technologies in healthcare interiors.
- Integrate sustainable and ergonomic practices into designs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in commercial projects.
- **Technical Proficiency**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Experience with rendering tools like 3Ds Max or Lumion.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong creative vision, excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- **Additional Knowledge**: Familiarity with Commercial & healthcare as well as Industrial design standards and practices is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
