**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Academic Leadership**
- Design and implement educational programs as per CBSE guidelines.
- Monitor teacher performance and student academic progress.
- Encourage innovative teaching methodologies and technology integration.

**Administrative Management**
- Handle daily school operations including time-tabling and resource management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure CBSE compliance.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

**Staff Management**
- Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and support staff.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
- Plan professional development sessions for staff.

**Student Welfare**
- Implement discipline policies and student support systems.
- Oversee admissions and ensure student well-being.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Liaise effectively with parents, staff, CBSE Board, and local authorities.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community outreach.
- Represent the school in official and public forums.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**

**Educational Requirements**
- Associate Degree in Education or related field (B.Ed. preferred)

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
