Looking for a PHP full stack Technical Lead, with at least 7 - 10 years working experience in Microservices and PHP. Extensive backend and UI/ Web development experience is needed. Thorough understanding of OOPS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers, providing estimates or product ideas that will influence the team's roadmap
- Works with stakeholders and other teams to suggest the best tools and practices for platform scalability, performance, speed, and web accessibility.
- Review and analyze existing system structures to provide solutions to enhance and improve systems, making assignments to team members.
- Review project specifications, flow charts, process diagrams and systems documentations
- Identify technology limitations and deficiencies in existing system/database structure and suggesting improvements
- As a Senior Developer, you will work with development team and improve on code optimization, experiment, and use data to drive decision-making
- MUST Have hands on experience in writing quality and well-documented code, automated unit tests, primarily in PHP and JavascriptParticipating and resolving bugs reported by QA
- Exploring and Integrating third party components as neededLead the team and mentor other team members
