**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design visually appealing graphics, posts, stories, reels, and banners for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create **social media campaigns** that reflect the brand’s voice and identity.
- Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms and ad formats.
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative ideas for promotions, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Stay updated on current **design trends and social media best practices**.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
- Support in creating basic motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos for social media.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or tools like **Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW**.
- Strong understanding of **social media platforms** and their content requirements.
- Knowledge of typography, layout design, and color theory.
- Ability to deliver creative work within tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand alignment.
