Tellecaller

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Manage incoming calls and address customer queries promptly.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a detailed database of all interactions and feedback.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficient in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Minimum educational qualification: [12th pass / Graduate / as required].

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
