Instructional designer/writer

**Key responsibilities**:
Define learning objectives and design engaging learning solutions for both ILT, VILT and eLearning in technical topics.
Create storyboards and scripts based on technical documentation and other source materials to meet the defined learning objectives
Maintain project documentation and course folders
Report the project progress according to agreed principles
Participate in development projects related training and learning tools, processes and practices

**Requirements**:
Technical writing skills
Experience in storyboarding and script writing of technical training materials for different training types (ILT, VILT, eLearning, video)
Capability to make decisions independently while working as a part of a team
Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office tools, experience in Articulate 360 or other eLearning authoring tools is seen as an advantage
Organized way of working
High quality standards and focus on details
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

**Education**: Bachelor of Arts/Engineering/Communication/Marketing (Mechanical/mining engineering/heavy industry background is seen as advantage)
3 to 8 years of relevant experience
