- BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, OR MSc/MCA..
- Consulting experience with reputed firms.
- Experience in Program Management Units (PMUs) or large-scale project environments.
- 3 Years’ experience of GIS Survey with reputed firm.
- Solid understanding of EOI, DPR, and RFP processes.
- Collect and analyse project requirements to prepare detailed and accurate EOIs (Expression of

Interest), DPRs (Detailed Project Reports), and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Ensure all necessary information is gathered to align the documents with project objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end process of issuing EOIs, DPRs, and RFPs.
- Ensure timely submission and adherence to project objectives and timelines.
- Supervise the evaluation and selection of vendors, ensuring they meet project needs.
- Manage contract negotiations to secure partnerships that best align with project goals and resources.
- Coordinate project activities within Program Management Units (PMUs) or large-scale project Environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive efficient project execution and delivery.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are incorporated into project deliverables.
- Leverage consulting experience with reputed firms to provide strategic advice and guidance on project execution.
