**Roles and responsibilities of Trade Receivables.**

2. Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers to encourage prompt payment. Provide exceptional customer service to resolve billing questions or concerns quickly and effectively. Manage communication effectively to maintain a balance between enforcing payment policies and preserving customer relationships.

3. Coordinate with the sales or customer service department for any issues that may arise, such as disputed invoices or delivery problems.

5. Monitor unapplied or misapplied payments, ensuring they are allocated correctly to customer accounts.

6. Investigate and resolve disputes between the company and its customers related to billing errors, pricing, or delivery issues.

7. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Inventory, Service Team, Sales Team and construction team) to resolve any issues that may impact the customer’s ability to pay on time.

8. Prepare and maintain monthly reports on aging accounts, bad debts, monthly inflow projection, and collection activities.

9. Analyze trends in customer payment behaviours and provide insights to management for improving collection strategies.

10. Provide regular updates to management on AR performance, highlighting any risks to cash flow or issues with collections.

11. Confirmation of outstanding balances with customer ledger at quarter-end and annual year - end, ensuring the balances match.

12. Assist auditors in reviewing accounts receivable and provide any necessary documentation during audits.

Good communication skills in English are required, and knowledge of Hindi will be preferred.

**Experience : Fresher**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
