**Job Title: Assistant Professor - BBA Program**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and assessments for students.
- Mentor students in academic and professional development.
- Participate in curriculum design, development, and regular review.
- Conduct academic research and publish in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Contribute to academic committees and institutional initiatives.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and guest lectures for students.
- Maintain academic records, assess student performance, and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive learning environment and engage with students both inside and outside the classroom.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- **Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent)** in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- A **Ph.D.** in Business Administration or related discipline is **desirable** but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Strong academic background with a willingness to engage in research activities and academic publications.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to design and deliver **lectures**, **tutorials**, and **examinations** effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring students in both academic and professional settings.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **research** and **academic publications**.
- Industry experience in **business management**, marketing, finance, or related fields.
- Familiarity with **digital teaching tools** and technologies.
- Involvement in **academic and professional organizations** related to business education.
