Azure Administrator - I

This will be a member role to build cutting-edge technology products.

Job Location: Bangalore / Kolkata / Remote

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cloud Fundamentals (Azure & AWS)

o Strong understanding of core cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hands-on experience deploying/managing Azure resources (VMs, ADLS Gen2, ADF, Azure Databricks, Web Apps, Azure Functions).

o Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM) is a plus.

2. Azure Administration & Operations

o Manage Azure user/identity access (RBAC, Azure AD)

o Optimize cloud costs and performance through monitoring, scaling etc

o Troubleshooting issues on cloud resources.

3. DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

o Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/GitLab (repos, branching, PR workflows).

o Develop and maintain YAML-based CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

o Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM, Terraform etc.

4. Containerization

5. Collaboration & Problem-Solving

o Work closely with developers to debug and optimize cloud deployments.

o Good incident resolution skills and proactive troubleshooting.

o Excellent communication and an ability for learning new technologies/ skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in DevOps.
- Expertise with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of network security, IAM, and best practices in cloud security.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Possess excellent communication skills and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on security, reliability, and continuous improvement.
