**Description**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in the Architecture & Planning industry. As an Architect, you will play a vital role in designing and overseeing the construction of various structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are executed with creativity, precision, and within budget.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision. You will be responsible for developing innovative and sustainable solutions that align with clients' vision and requirements. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders will be essential in achieving successful outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and create architectural drawings, blueprints, and models
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of client objectives and gather necessary information
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budget constraints
- Develop design proposals, taking into consideration factors such as functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project progress and adherence to design specifications
- Prepare and present architectural proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions
- Oversee the construction phase, ensuring that the project is executed according to the approved plans and specifications
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio showcasing your architectural design projects
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and project stakeholders
- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 11 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

Ability to Commute:

- Palakkad, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:
