- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and other KPIs, to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and product managers, to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional offers that resonate with our target audience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and skincare to ensure K-Park Cosmetics remains competitive in the market.
- Monitor and report on marketing budget allocation, expenditure, and performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and campaign management.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus.
**Position: Graphic Designer;**
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to translate marketing objectives and campaign briefs into impactful visual designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and design standards across all marketing channels and touchpoints to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of our creative assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with an emphasis on digital and print design.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and composition.
