Purchase Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Procurement Management:
○ Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, ingredients, and packaging for personal

care products.

○ Identify and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors for raw

materials and finished goods.

2. Inventory and Cost Control:
○ Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize wastage.

○ Optimize purchasing strategies to achieve cost efficiency without compromising

quality.

3. Quality Assurance:
○ Ensure all procured materials meet the company’s quality standards and

regulatory requirements.

○ Collaborate with the quality assurance team for supplier audits and material

inspection.

4. Vendor Management:
○ Maintain and manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluations

and contract renewals.

○ Resolve any issues related to delayed deliveries, defective products, or payment

disputes.

5. Market Research:
○ Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and innovations in the personal care

sector.

○ Explore opportunities to source sustainable and eco-friendly materials.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
○ Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and

supplier agreements.

○ Prepare regular reports on purchasing metrics, budgets, and supplier performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience : 0-6 months minimum
- Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

○ Strong knowledge of raw materials and ingredients used in hair and skin care

products.
- Soft Skills:
○ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

○ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

○ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
