We're looking for a Placement Officer to help students get desired outcomes via managing corporate relations & take on full responsibility for working and expanding our hiring partner network while handling outgoing students for their placement.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with corporates for placement tie-ups
- Build other strategic alliances, corporate engagement, and strategies for placing students
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Think of showcasing students’ skills to industrial folks
- Build a network with enterprise and startup companies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members, faculty, students, alumni, administrators, and staff
- To look after day-to-day activities of placement.
- To have liaison with industries, Government, and non-Government Organizations.
- Research Job Trends.
- Must be aggressive in achieving targets

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum experience of 5-8+ yr as placement officer
- Graduate from any discipline (Engineer Preferred)
- College collaboration or TPO Exp

**Skills required**:

- Networking and Relationship Building
- Logical and analytical
- Good Presentation skills
- Professional proficiency in the English language
- Creative in finding sources for lead generation
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- A growth mindset: always looking for ways to self-improvement
- Team management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
