**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop software & Information Technology related automation for the enhancement of current organisational systems.
- Diagnose and resolve software problems, including errors, bugs, performance issues & other technical problems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups and updates.
- Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 years of proven experience as a Software Developer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software issues and providing technical resolutions.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and strong interpersonal & communication skills; an active listener.
- Preference: Experience with Zoho suite (e.g. People, Projects, Creator, Deluge, Forms, Analytics, CRM, Books, Script etc.)
