We are looking for a creative and motivated **Content Creator for Social Media Intern** to join our marketing team. This internship offers you the opportunity to develop and implement social media strategies to engage our community, promote our courses, and increase brand awareness across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging, creative, and informative content for UrbanSparks' social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, infographics, and videos.
- **Social Media Strategy**: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- **Audience Engagement**: Monitor and respond to audience interactions on social media platforms, encouraging community engagement and building brand loyalty.
- **Performance Tracking**: Help analyze social media metrics and insights to understand content performance and suggest improvements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media platforms.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Passion for Social Media**: A strong interest in social media platforms and content creation.
- **Creative Writing & Design**: Ability to write compelling copy and design basic graphics (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or others).
- **Knowledge of Social Media Tools**: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and basic content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to create accurate, error-free content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
- **Proactive & Self-driven**: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
