**Ayurveda Panchakarma Therapist (Male/Female)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Therapy Administration**: Perform a range of Ayurvedic therapies including but not limited to Panchakarma, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and other traditional treatments, adhering to the highest standards of practice.
- **Client Consultations**: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their health issues, lifestyle, and wellness goals; devise personalized treatment plans based on Ayurvedic principles.
- **Treatment Customization**: Customize treatments to accommodate individual client needs while ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- **Follow-up Care**: Provide comprehensive post-treatment guidance on lifestyle, diet, and wellness practices to enhance and extend the benefits of therapies.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**: Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in the treatment area, ensuring all tools and spaces are sanitized before and after therapies.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients on the benefits of Ayurveda and Panchakarma treatments and advise them on ongoing wellness practices.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other health professionals (such as dietitians, yoga instructors, and medical staff) to integrate and optimize client care.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting therapy details, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **Professional Experience**: At least 5 years of experience as an Ayurveda therapist, specifically in luxury wellness retreats or high-end properties.
- **Educational Background**: Degree or Diploma in Ayurveda from a recognized institution.
- **Certifications**: Certified in Panchakarma therapy is highly preferred.
- **Language Skills**: Excellent command of the English language is mandatory.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- **Cultural Sensitivity**: Ability to work respectfully and knowledgeably with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- **Physical Ability**: Must be physically capable of performing therapeutic treatments requiring fine motor skills and light to moderate physical effort.
