**Job Overview**: The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the company's operations by managing various administrative and clerical tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities and providing support to both front-line staff and management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize company records and documentation.
- Prepare and process reports, memos, and other documents.
- **Data Management**:
- Enter and update data into company systems and databases.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Generate and analyze reports as needed.
- **Vendor Coordination**:
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors.
- Handle queries and provide information as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- **Financial and Accounting Support**:
- Assist in invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
- Process purchase orders and manage inventory.
- Support the finance team with financial record-keeping and reconciliation.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for process improvements and efficiency.
- Assist in implementing new procedures and systems.
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a back office or administrative role is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position, typically Monday through Saturday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
