We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Data Entry Operator** to join our growing team.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data into the company’s database or software system accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and review data to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Process and manage documents (such as patient records, medical forms, and other administrative files).
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Assist in generating reports and compiling data as required by management.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Communicate with various departments to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency.
- Ensure data is backed up and secure.
- Support other administrative tasks and team members as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **+2 (Intermediate)** or **Bachelor’s Degree** in any field.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and MS Office (especially Excel, Word).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with database software or medical record management systems.
- Previous experience working in healthcare or mental health services is a plus.
