Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests in all F&B outlets. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and in accordance with service standards.
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues immediately.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Follow proper billing procedures and handle cash/credit transactions if required.
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Assist in setting up for service, including arranging tables, linens, cutlery, and condiments.
- Support other team members during peak service times.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in F&B service in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment (freshers with training also considered).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
