Job Title: Telesales/Telemarketing Caller

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales/Telemarketing Caller to join our team. As a

*Key Responsibilities*

1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to generate leads and sales

2. Present products or services to customers and answer questions and concerns

3. Handle objections and negotiate prices or terms

4. Set appointments and follow up with customers to close sales

5. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

6. Update customer records and sales data in CRM system

7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

*Requirements*

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

2. 1-2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience

3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

6. Strong organizational and time management skills

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

*Working Conditions*

1. Work is performed in a call center environment

2. Must be able to sit for long periods and make repetitive phone calls

3. Must be available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
