Your goal is to build successful, profitable service in all aspect’s. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY**: - Conduct presentations and introductory meetings with potential leads. - Assess the suitability of prospective franchise owners. - Identify new franchise opportunities through market research. - Build and nurture lasting partnerships with schools and franchise partners. - Reach out to potential franchisees via networking, advertising, and industry events. - Achieve franchise sales goals and increase school partnerships. - Offer training and demonstrations to new franchisees, ensuring brand compliance. - Provide ongoing support to franchisees and swiftly address any concerns. **REQUIREMENTS**: - **Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - **Experience**:5+years (Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably in the educational sector). Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities. **SKILLS**: 1.Strong understanding of the educational industry and it's dynamics. 2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 3. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4.
