As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating with our field team and ensuring the efficient allocation of data entry cases. Your role will involve daily follow-up with field executives to track progress and address any challenges they encounter during their tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
**Field Team Coordination**: Work closely with the field team to understand their daily schedules and allocate data entry cases accordingly.

**Data Entry Allocation**: Efficiently distribute data entry tasks among team members based on their expertise and workload capacity.

**Daily Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with field executives to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide support when needed.

**Data Management**: Ensure that all data entries are accurate, complete, and entered into the system promptly.

**Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation of data entry tasks, updates, and reports for future reference.

**Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the status of data entry tasks and present them to the management as required.

**Quality Control**: Conduct periodic quality checks on data entries to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

**Communication**: Collaborate with different teams within the organization to facilitate smooth information flow and address any data-related issues.

**Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Any additional certifications in data entry or office administration will be a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in back-office coordination, data entry, or related roles is preferred, but not mandatory. Freshers with the right skill set and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using computers, including data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with the field team and other departments effectively.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry are crucial for this role.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resourceful and proactive in resolving challenges and addressing field team needs.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
