**Exp between 12 - 16 years** **Exp in Digitalization Projects, Integration MES, OSI Experience, CSV Compliance Maintenance and** **implementing the Process Instrumentation and Automation.** **Basic Requirements**: - Minimum of 10-18 years of experience preferably from Pharma/Life science/ Biotech industry - Experience in Industry 4.0 Architecture & Integration Design - Experience in life science/Pharma projects using MES, OSI PI, IOT, LIMS, Emerson and Rockwell Automations - Knowledge of control automation, sensors, edge, gateway devices, AI/ML - MES Rockwell Knowledge of Bio Pharma Manufacturing - Thorough knowledge of manufacturing process for auto/process/IMC/Lifesciences etc. Knowledge of OT layer components and shop floor architecture - Should demonstrate adequate experience in validating/ qualifying Software & integrated products used in Pharma industry like QMS, DMS, CTMS/ LIMS, PLC/SCADA, BMS, ERP etc. - Thorough knowledge of validation life cycle, validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) generation and execution of manufacturing and laboratory equipment, clean process utilities and classified facilities - Experience of manufacturing Pharma products as per WHO GMP and COPP compliance (fundamentally hygienic towards QA/QC) - Exposure or hands on experience of AI, AR/VR Projects will be big plus - Knowledge of batch, IOs, Operator station licenses. - Knowledge of Emerson batch components (e.g. Batch executive, Batch historian). - Knowledge of VIM, CHARM IO and communication protocols like Profibus, Fieldbus, and Modbus. - Knowledge of Good Engineering Practice, preparation, and execution of testing proto-cols. - Staying inquisitive, building fresh perspectives, demonstrating eagerness to learn and discover in a team setup - Excellent problem solving and communication skills to gather client requirements - Good written and verbal communication skills. **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent **Salary**: ₹1,558,294.82 - ₹2,863,858.38 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - How many years of work experience do you have in implementing the Process Instrumentation and Automation ? - How many years of work experience do you have in in Digitalization Projects, Integration MES, OSI Experience, CSV Compliance Maintenance ? **Experience**: - MES OSI PI (required) - Health insurance
